Not one of us knows enough to “fix” someone else; all we can ever do that is genuinely helpful is to support, assist, empower, appreciate,share what we have, and keep out of the way.
THE MAIN THING MISSING IN LAW ENFORCEMENT IS A REALIZATION THAT ‘PUNISHMENT’ IN THE SYSTEM SHOULD NOT EVER BE USED - WITH A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE.
